Pick up & Return times

For a seamless outdoor experience, our pickup and return windows are designed to align with your trail-ready plans. Please review the schedule below and let us know if you need an alternative arrangement.

• Season: May 1 – Oct 1, seven days a week
• Standard pickup/return windows:
  • 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

If the above time slots do not fit your itinerary, please leave a note when you book. We often accommodate flexible arrangements, but we may not be available between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM unless prior notice is provided.

If you plan to depart before 9:00 AM on the first day of your rental, inform us by email and we can arrange a pickup between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM the day prior to your rental start date.

Note: By appointment only from October 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
