Tent Package Rentals up to and including 3 days in length and Individual Item Rentals:

Our Tent Packages and Individual Items can be cancelled up to 72 hours before your start date, and you’ll receive a FULL REFUND, excluding a $25 (+tax) Cancellation Fee.

Tent Package Rentals longer than 3 days in length and Individual Item Rentals:

Our Tent Packages and Individual Items can be cancelled up to 10 days before your start date, and you’ll receive a FULL REFUND, excluding a $25 (+tax) Cancellation Fee.

ONE WAY Package Rentals Only:

Our Tent Packages and Individual Items can be cancelled up to 14 days before your start date, and you’ll receive a FULL REFUND, excluding a $25 (+tax) Cancellation Fee.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for gift certificates or ‘no-shows.’

We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance for larger bookings to protect against sudden cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
